I met Raphael Wellerstein a few years ago when I wanted to know the value of my condo. In late 2018, he phoned and advised he may have a buyer if I was interested in selling.
He brought a buyer without the property being listed and the sale was completed through Raphael. Raphael was a pleasure to deal with, totally aware of all necessary steps in selling, and always promptly available for all the many questions that I asked. He arranged for everything with inspections and took care of all the details on my behalf. I would highly recommend Raphael to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Maui.

We have been working Raphael since 2010 when he helped us purchase our first condo in Maui. Raphael took the time to meet with us initially for a coffee and we found that he carefully listened to our requirements and was able to answer our many questions about different condos and the different parts of Maui. After looking at numerous condos, we ultimately purchased a unit at the Polo Beach Club. During our search, it was clear that Raphael had extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Maui, and most importantly the Wailea market. Since we are non-residents, the process of buying a condo in Maui was very onerous and time consuming, but we found Raphael was always there to help. In spite of the process, the buying process was still a positive experience thanks to Raphael’s guidance and advice throughout the process.
When we decided to look for a second condo in Wailea, Raph was the first person we contacted. Again, Raphael’s understanding of our needs, attentiveness, and extensive network resulted in him finding an off market listing at the Wailea Ekahi Village that was perfect for us. We were very happy with our purchase at the Polo Beach Club and Ekahi Village. Raph is responsive, transparent, and easy to deal with. He has demonstrated that he always advocates for our best interests and we look forward to working with him again on future real estate transactions in Wailea!
We have no issues in referring Raphael to our friends as we know they will be well represented.

We chose Raphael Wellerstein to represent us in our recent simultaneous real estate transactions because of his uncompromising integrity and considerable real estate sales experience that I had come to know through other channels.
From the moment we started looking for our next home Raphael was always available to show us all the possibilities and discuss the many pros and cons of each selection. He was personally familiar with all the various neighborhoods and market trends on Maui, and especially home values.
Raphael handled our negotiations for our new home with sage advice and calm throughout the whole process. Once we’d struck a deal it was then time to market our current home.
We were very happy with the sale price Raphael recommended for our current home, and then in 14 days he had an offer for us!
Doing two simultaneous real estate transactions can be very tricky and fraught with pitfalls, but Raphael helped us navigate our way through it all to a very successful outcome for all parties.
